This is a continuation of How to Use Herbalife Products post. I encountered an issue with Herbalife shake, whereby it’s lumpy when mixed. Anyone else has this problem?
Is Your Herbalife Shake Lumpy?
No matter how much I shake the bottle, left, right, up, down, upside down with yoga stance, the bloody things will not mix properly. There will be lumps in the shake. How I mix it is very simple, dump 2 scope in cold water and shake. Also was suggested to use the blender ball, but it doesn’t solve the problem entirely.
For many years, I have been taking all kind of protein and MRP products. Only 10% of these products have this lumpy issue while generally quality proteins blends well with water. Herbalife shake does not blend well. They have to fix this.
The worst part of this is your shake is wasted as you can’t consume the tiny lumps and it will tend to get stuck either in the bottom of your container or the mouth of the container.
How Do You Solve This Herbalife Shake Lumpy Problem?
Notice how at every Herbalife nutrition party, they will have a blender? Yup, that the only way. Get a blender. Since I have a child at home, I am doubling her blender for my Herbalife requirement. I am using this particular type a blender, but of course you are welcome to use any kind of blender. As long it slice and dice everything.
- Fill 400ml of cold water into a container.
- Put in 2 scoops of Herbalife Shake. Since you are using a blender, go ahead and mix it fruits, oat or cereals.
- Blast the shake into smithereens with the hand blender or any other blender you have. I generally run it for 5 -10 seconds.
- Drink in peace.
I noticed in a flyer that I received, Herbalife is promoting their Herbalife Magic Mixer. Guess having a blender or mixer is a way to go?
Other product I surfed around was this battery operated Herbalife Power Mixer
So that is how you take Herbalife Shake and how I solved the lumpy problem… happy mixing!
